"I have always been a curious and sensitive person and for the longest time felt so ashamed for it. Yet, I continued to still talk about and ask the questions others felt were "inappropriate" or not "lady-like." After recognizing that my comfort and openness in talking about difficult/taboo topics helped make others also open up, I began to believe in myself and that this could healing for others.I created Vulnerable Focused Therapy to represent my belief on how understanding and allowing ourselves to experience and express our vulnerabilities is the key to making the choices and relationships that are genuine to us."
